钛合金切削加工中的一些工艺措施

在航空航天、汽车、医学、体育用品及电解工业等许多领域均已大量使用钛合金。但导热性能差、硬度高、弹性模量低等特性也导致钛合金成为较难加工的金属材料。本文是针对其工艺特性总结出的钛合金切削加工中的一些工艺措施。
Titanium alloys have been widely used in many fields such as aerospace, automobiles, medicine, sports goods, and the electrolytic industry. However, poor thermal conductivity, high hardness, and low elastic modulus also make titanium alloys difficult to machine metal materials. This article summarizes some process measures in titanium alloy cutting based on its process characteristics.

(1)刀具勤修磨、保持锋利,以确保其加工过程中产生尽可能少的切削热。
(1) The cutting tools should be frequently polished and kept sharp to ensure that they generate as little cutting heat as possible during the machining process.
(2)设备、刀、工、夹具应保持整洁,切屑及时清除。
(2) Equipment, knives, tools, and fixtures should be kept clean and chips should be promptly removed.
(3)使用不燃或难燃的工具转移钛屑。将处理掉的碎屑存放在不可燃容器中覆盖好。
(3) Use non combustible or non combustible tools to transfer titanium shavings. Store the disposed debris in a non combustible container and cover it well.
(4)操作清洗过的钛合金零件应戴干净的手套,避免以后造成氯化钠应力腐蚀。

(5)切削区域有防火设施。
