一、外表划痕构成的原因
1、 Causes of surface scratches

二、热处理:很多不锈钢冲压拉伸件有较高的硬度要求,但由于材料越硬,拉伸难度越大,有时候需要通过成型后再热处理以达到硬度要求,但热处理后的工件容易发生变形,需在模具设计时考虑到变形量。
2、 Heat treatment: many stainless steel stamping and stretching parts have high hardness requirements, but the harder the material is, the more difficult it is to stretch. Sometimes it is necessary to reheat after forming to meet the hardness requirements, but the workpiece after heat treatment is prone to deformation, and the deformation shall be considered in the die design.
